In today's video, Randy and I will show you how to service all fluids and filters on a Yamaha Wolverine 850. We'll show you what size fasteners all the drain and fill plugs are, along with a few tips and pointers along the way. We intended for this to be a video series, but we were able to edit it down for one 17 minute video. Be sure to watch all the way to the end for our out takes!

You don't need to remove that access panel to get to the oil filter, just take a band clamp style oil filter wrench, and stick it back there. I was able to do it while the vehicle is on the ground. Saves you a ton of time, there's plenty of room back here for your hand to reach in and grab that oil filter.

Someone needs to manufacture a coolant tank shield for that machine as it's in a very vulnerable location..

Great job explaining! My dealership has done the first oil change & they messed up BIG-TIME! I had many ounces of engine oil puke out of the air cleaner and land on my garage floor. So I took it back and they explained they added too much oil after the oil change because they weren't aware of letting motor run and let oil settle before checking and adding more oil. Well done D-Ray Smith! Thank you.

I ended up filling the engine oil through the filler hole on the top of the engine near the spark plugs. I didn't even know about that oil reservoir off to the side. I'm hoping it circulates everything just fine where it needs to be lol. Wonder if I should drain and refill.

I always instruct people to only use a 1/4" drive short ratchet and socket and only run down by hand and then barely bump the ratchet to snug it and leave it be... I've seen dozens of ruined cases and diff housings from the Rambo torque guys efforts... Keep up the good work and maybe more videos this year ?

Why not just use torque specs tightening is too subjective. Crush washers should not be reused.

Dray you still responding to comments, one question is the clutch adjustment video u Filmed like 10 yrs ago on the 200 atc the same for the 185s an would u happed to know what the carrier mounting bolts specs on a 185s are?
