Doing now some paint and remedy jobs, also want to rebuild/restore my carbs set and your videos are very useful and inspiring! Thanks for sharing!
Hi mate, the oil level sensor is connected and fine. There isn't a oil pressure sensor on an XJ so I'm happy just monitoring oil level. XJ650 don't show gear selection and I did and up programming this speedo to do that based on wheel speed vs engine rpm's and it works perfectly. Overall I think this is an excellent unit
Hi mate, I connected the neutral signal to the switch on the engine, It also knows what gear I'm in by setting up through the menu, It calculates speed vs revs to work out the gear which is very cool, works perfectly...
There is actually a specific model with a matching loom for the Royal Enfield, which is a direct swap out with the original speedo. See the ACE-CA080RE
