The biggest changes are probably the engine and the seating position. The Yamaha is generally faster, even if not by much, it is definitely noticable. Additionally, you sit way more "integrated" into the motorcycle instead of on top of it. This makes it feel more sporty, however it's also more uncomfortable if you ride a bit longer. I swapped because I got the Yamaha for a pretty cheap price and after I did a test ride with it, I was instantly in love :D Hope this helped :)
