First time riding in the rain (only been riding 3 weeks) 2017 Yamaha YZF R125 wasn't too bad, just went a little slower :) #yamaha #motorcycle #yzfamily
Very nice! Fortnine has some very good tips to ride in the rain, I defenetly recommend. Dont 'be afraid to ride in the rain, doing it will improve your skills faster and make you a better rider. Greetings from Brazil!
Soon going to get my MC A2 driving license. I know a guy who has almost the exact motorcycle as the one you are driving for 42k Swedish KR. Got any tips on what i should get or do when i first buy it?
What technique do you use for downshifts? I see you blip the throttle while doing that and its pretty smooth. A little help for me?? I have a GSXR 150 which i got this year so im a bit new
its called rev matching mate. when you shift down just blip the throttle to match the revs to a lower gear :) same as shifting up but instead of shutting the throttle off just blip it.
@@DontEatTacoBell yeah pretty much just as you would normally shift but instead of shutting the throttle, open it for a slit second. so clutch in, blip throttle while down shifting, release clutch. basically what you said. just practice and you will get a feel for it. it prob the best way to understand
im getting my 125 licence in march and im planning on buying a yzf r125, do you recommend older models? i could buy the 2022 but i will definitely drop it a few times and i dont even want to scrape it if its from a saloon
yo bro, i only recently got into riding (about 4 months ago) so i don't know to much. However i have already had a small crash and scrapped the side of mine which sucks but i bought it knowing i was going to drop it. so personally for your first bike i wouldn't buy it brand new as you should be okay with dropping it. i bought mine knowing i would drop it whilst learning so i bought a 2017. For your second bike though i would spend more and maybe even buy brand new.hope this helps :)
@@george.scarlett thing is, with these prices, a used 2016 with its papers expiring next year costs 1.3 mill, a brand new 2022 costs 2mill flat, with warranty
@@george.scarlett idk i actually like it with music and its very relaxing , i put this video when studying for my exam , actually spent more time watching than studying haha
@@george.scarlett had the test today ,turns out everyone failed...but i think i didnt failed as hard as others, anyways studying with ur videos is really comforting :)
@@george.scarlett Good luck to you... I've had my car licence since 1992 .. Always been able to ride a motorcycle but never ever went for my test.. I'm so wanting to do it but just can't get round to doing it at the moment. It's one of those things I wish I done years ago.
