But Yandy got played. She went from potential owner to worker. We need examples of people who are thoroughly educated. Ones who know how to play the system. If anything, Mona is the real example of a shrewd business woman. It's just unfortunate she's exploiting her own people. Either way, none of her personal family business is tv, but she owns the portion of Yandy's personal business that's been on the show.

I know the feeling Yandy. I just turned 39 yesterday with no kids and had to become a foster mom for my nephew since he was 2 days old and he just turned 1 year old the end of October. Every month the social workers come out, his attorneys come out, court dates, doctor visits, food, clothes every other month wheewww this shit is hard an I salute all the single moms out there. Imagine doing whatever you want your whole adulthood then get a phone call asking if you will raise a newborn baby for the rest of his life and the next morning picking him up knowing you never ever done this in your life 😬 lol...Thank God it’s a breeze now and he is the best thing ever came into my life EVER!

Yandy definitely got finessed out of LHH. It probably wouldn’t be what it is today, but bottom line is the original concept was more of hers than what Mona had in mind. Being left out of the credits was no mistake. I understand that she gets other checks, but she got finessed out of the what would’ve been the biggest one yet. Credits matter. In 10 years, no one will care about where a check was cut. If your name isn’t on it, you weren’t a part of it.

I'm a foster mom and welcome to the family Yandy, you are the first celeb that I heard of that is a "foster mom" not adopt but getting involved with the Social Workers and Courts and all. It's a lot and trust a lot of people should really cut the bs out and commend you on taking out. I've always respect your hustle and classyness. Keeping it always cute and I really try to look at how calm you stay and learn from it. lol! Keep doing you and you are loved by many! I would love to see you at the top!

I respect what she’s doing for her foster daughter. No hair makeup nails. Teaching her to love herself first. It’s a real problem nowadays that young women dont feel pretty or worth it unless they are made up with all that shit. 16/17 is toooo young for that sort of thing. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Yandy, I have always felt a spiritual connection to you, from the beginning day's of love and hip-hop, understand that darkness is afraid of light.the negativity that comes against you comes from a place of darkness. Exactly. Some social workers are ass and those kids end up in one bad situation after another. So those home visits are extremely important.

Thank you Yandy for taking on the role of being a foster mom and taking your new daughter in. I remember being a young girl in foster care needing that support , love and guidance. I thank GOD I never allowed my struggles to determine the outcome of my life and where I will go. But there are so many young girls who take their own lives, turn to doing drugs and so many other horrible things due to living that life style.

tiffany haddish did not start the foster care conversation charlamagne! People like myself and the millions of kids who have been through the system began and keep having this conversation. Tiffany using her platform to tell that part of her story is great, but don't negate all the efforts of the advocates on main street doing something. We need people of color as foster parents.
