- seperating the feeder and the reservoir bellows - unnecessarily putting the roll-uptake on the back instead of the top (see how long he had to fiddle to get that roll even started??) - having the hatch hinged at the bottom instead of at a side - etc. (there is more, but I don't need to give him all the hinters now, do I?)

The roll-uptake is at the back to provide a clear area on the top for additional automata.

sounds good. there are a few design flaws. And I thought Stinson was the only street organ manufacturer in the US, no? And there must be more church pipe organ builders for sure...

I would not know. Never actually seen a Stinson in person. My pet peeve is the statement in the description, that this is "The only pipe organ fabricated in the USA" - blower or not, that simply is not the case.
