My favourite Proraso line and one of the most enjoyable creams and aftershaves, I love coming back to the red version. Very nice shave and an interesting bowl.

Never seen a bowl like that before, like it! You can't go wrong with Proraso no matter the colour, especially when it comes to performance and price. Love the titanium razor. :)

Welcome back Kevy! The razor looks very similar to the Wolfman Guerrilla which I’ve heard is also very smooth.

Proraso red is very popular in my house. I’m always having to look for the tube in the boy’s bathroom. It really makes a nice slick lather and has a great scent. On the positive side, I got both of my boys (teenagers) into wet shaving. One is using a Gillette Heritage, and the other, a Vikings Blade butterfly razor. They both tease me when I watch Kevy Shaves, but they always sneak a peak when I’m watching. Thanks Kevy…

Another nice shave, Kevy. I just don't get the love for titanium razors. But I can say that about many of the high-priced stainless steel razors too. I learned my lesson with the Rex Ambassador. Even the Rockwell 6S is overpriced at $120. I was lucky to get mine on Amazon Prime Day for $80. Still, it's hard to beat my RazoRock Game Changer on price and quality. Also, the Gillette Nacet is one of two blades that I will use more than 3 times. When I started back to wet shaving, I bowl lathered. Over the past year or so I have done more face lathering. Mainly because of shaving creams and soft soaps. That's what makes traditional wet shaving so much fun. We all have our preferences for safety razors, blades, brushes, soaps, etc. I'm sure the artisans love us!

Currently using proraso red

Great shave. I used to use Proraso soaps frequently before I upgraded to artisan soaps, which are obviously far better than what I used before then. Since then, the Proraso soaps have been left to be neglected in storage and will only get pulled out for special occasions or to practice lathering. Have a good one!

Great video. I have a similar bowl from Sterling Soap. Once I got the soap to water ratio right I get a great lather in about one minute. I don't have any titanium razors but love my Rockwell 6s. Have a great week. 👍

Great shave and I love that razor! For me, I prefer face lathering. I actually used my badger brush today! Lol I have tried all but Proraso red; sandalwood scents irritate my skin badly, sad to say. Great video, Kevy! Cheers!

Not tried any proraso soaps or creams yet...have only tried the proraso white pre shave and the proraso white aftershave balm which are both excellent

Nice little traveling bowl from Yaqi and I scoop (or scrap or squirt) and bowl lather 99% of the time, even triple mills. I have a couple of Yaqi's SS razors and they are well made, that Ti one is a bit out of my budget, I do have a couple Ti handles though. Proraso Red is great, I like the Blue too.🤟🤠🤟

I never tried the proraso red as a shaving cream just in the tub which I didn't like how it kinda turned into small chunks. I will like to try the cream as I think it would be perfect to me.

See if you can find Proraso One Blade shave cream and balm in Wood and Spice. The scent will bring you back to the old days when priests would burn incense.

Haven’t tried proraso red or any proraso to be honest yet. I bought executive shaving fragrance free aftershave balm and I’m looking forward to trying it when it’s delivered.

I haven't tried proraso red :(. i just discovered the green one a couple of weeks ago. I LOVE IT. i will definitely get a red one

I've tried Proraso Red in the tub, but I've not tried the cream. I do find Proraso to give excellent bang for your buck given that it's cheap and works great, and the sandalwood scent is a good warm sandalwood. I find the TOBS sandalwood scent a bit dry. And as someone else said, that razor looks like a clone of the Yates 'Merica razor, minus the magnet in the handle bottom.

Hi Kevy, I’ve used Proraso Red soap and cream and am currently using Proraso Wood and Spice cream, all produce excellent lathers

Sure we wet shavers should try Proraso Red at least once. ...... Just as soon as we finish our current main soap; which may take 15 more months or more. Some of us have learned how to be very efficient with our soaps. Not trying to be miserly - just some of us just know how to use the fitting amount for our shaves.

great vid Kevy, that razor looks very much like the 'merica razor. It was originally sold thru 'the club' (Ariana & Evans), but it was always manufactured by Yates and it's on their website now (even in titanium). I'd like to know your thoughts comparing the two, have you ever used the 'merica?

Kevy! I'm about to fly from Alaska to Glasgow with my girlfriend. They won't let me pack DE blades and we're trying not to check a bag. Do you know of a place in glasgow that sells DE blades? Good ones, not VDH supermarket blades...

I don't know about that razor. I'm too poor for that. It sound very light, loud as f### when shaving and looks like it leaves too much behind. But, I'm biased cuz I'm poor. Cheers! Oh, and never tried red proraso, or any proraso.

It´s been too long since i´ve been here sorry about that i will try and do better, own all the Proraso Red, Blue , Green and White....even a shaving foam (only ) Yellow Kakao, it dosn´t exist as soap or cream....stay safe, cheers....Peter
