Right, because we had to push it back a few weeks we thought we'd sling you all one more tune off or debut record by way of an apology / peace offering. This one is called Rich.
It's a hypothetical song about me accidentally becoming rich, and contemplating what I might do with all the power it brings. It's basically saying, c'mon let's have some sympathy for all the millionaires out there, it's tough for them too.
Obviously it ain't really saying that, but as we all know, money doesn't really bring you happiness, and even the rich have feelings to process and therapists to feed. Don't get stuck on simple ideas... Also, i should make it completely clear here that I am in no way defending the rich. They deserve all the stick they get, the rich bastards.

Almost by accident,I have become rich
Through continued reward for skilled labour in the private sector
And a genuine lack of interest in expensive things,
It appears I have become rich

I have been constantly living in fear, of losing everything,
That the bubble will burst and falling from my perch

With the things I didn’t have before I had become rich
I put a pinch away each week in a place my hand won’t fit
So I cannot reach it, It is made of solid steel
A square foot deep with a slit, no bigger than an inch
One day, when the seams split in such a way that it can’t be restitched
I will scratch that insatiable itch. I’ll buy the whole hospital,
And everything in it.

Whilst the witch doctors poached for the stragglers in the herd
Pitching for business down on skid row
