I don't get why people are mad at the buyers. I read some of the comments that say he's improperly handling the card but it looked like he handled them fine to me. If it's because he offered too little that's unfortunate because that's what happens at garage sales and swap meets. It doesn't hurt to ask.

So the value you can assume is basically around 50 euros. But going through the binder like he did is completely normal and didn't damage any card or decrease any value. Flipper was correct. If you offered a book for 50 cents you wouldn't be mad if someone touched it or riffled through the pages. But if it was a 500 dollar book you would treat it with way more care. But your fault if you offer it for 50 cents and people treat it like 50 cents just like you do.

I think…in this case it was good to tell him what he could get for that stuff, if he wants to put in the work ( which is typically what us pickers do) I don’t need the cards ultimately, and I hope he keeps them or gets the most he can out of them

I think being a little more strategic with who I tell that I resale wouldn’t be a bad thing. Negotiating has never been my strong suit, they make me generally uneasy.

You have to understand though if someone says they are a reseller and you were once part of a tcg community it’s going to rub you the wrong way because they aren’t in it for the love of the game they are only in it for the money. Especially if your like this guy calling them magic cards then saying I don’t know to much about these ones but I’m pretty sure the shiny ones are worth a decent amount. If that was me personally I wouldn’t have sold it to him either and put the item back out after he left that’s just me personally though not a fan of resellers if you don’t know much about the product

nah teh seller is totally justifie especially considering 1.the way he was handling them. 2 his lack of knowledge/appreciation for the game 3. the fact hes just after money and not gonna buy them because he wants them i would has done the exact same thing

The only thing I know is to look out for a gold shiny square at the bottom? What does that mean? I have a few. What does LOB and all that mean? If you don't mind sorry lol. I have a bunch of the cards and trying to figure it out

@@KT-on5nj so LOB stands for the Legend of Blue Eyes white Dragon. If I'm not mistaken that was the 1st ever set to be released. Containing cards such as the Dark Magician, Red eyes black Dragon, the 5 peices of Exodia the Forbidden one. And of course the Blue Eyes White Dragon. Like stated above all the older sets have been reprinted multiple times. The gold square in the bottom corner is a great indicator that its 1st edition. It will also have 1st edition on the card as well. Reprints will have a silver square and not say 1st edition. Reprints are usually referred to as "unlimited". If it's an older set, a fan favorite card or a higher rarity like an ultra or secret rare then a reprint can still hold some value.

The d-bags are people who don't build, create or repair or invent anything in this country. People have become lazy and just want to flip stuff online and on marketplace, we live in a sad world where people just want something for doing nothing. I can easily make 3-6 grand a week working on cars, skills are good to have.
