Girl you're welcome. I saw those neons and thought totally you. Besides it was your birthday gift, you deserved it. Marley Bird has a pooling video on her channel. But like you said, I'm not interested in trying to keep my tension perfect and all that. Crochet isn't supposed to stress you out. I haven't done plastic canvas since I was a kid. And yes girl we're mindlinked, gotta be because plastic canvas is on my 2024 goal list. I haven't looked at a lot yet, yet. I was gonna put the beads on one of the stitch markers and I didn't like how it looked. But I felt they belonged to you. I have plenty.

The Red Heart granny square yarn is great if you use it like any other self-striping yarn, you just get stripes of varying thicknesses and it looks pretty cool, especially as a hat or scarf or something with short enough rows to get wider bands of color. I've seen other youtubers use it that way and it's much less fussy than trying to match the gauge the manufacturer intended, in case you want to try a ball of your favorite colorway.
