These projects will not fail. Other cities are prohibitively expensive to live in and housing is hyper competitive. LA is full, SF is full, SD is full, NYC full. We are leaving in droves. Developers/Investors know this, they have the data.
It’s a shame that the Rays Baseball stadium won’t be in Tampa. Gas worx would’ve been a great location for the brightline station and the Rays Baseball stadium. If this would happen it would boost tampa to become a destination city.
