I also became old to understand the connection problem with this cam and finally I discovered the bug of this cam. you need to enter the router and create a 2.4ghz wifi network with a simple name without signs like: - _. or accented letters. this solved the problem immediately and it connected first time with the qr code. I also confirm that the second method does not work by searching among the WiFi networks, cloucamxxx does not exist even after resetting the cam.
Your software is broken! It keeps saying that it can't connect to the the internet! I can't even connect to the camera directly! I have passed all the requirements and yet, it doesn't work! I am using exactly the same camera as of this video!
THIS IS NOT THE YCC365 PLUS! Cant anyone post some info about the 365 Plus ???? I'm returning mine, I am furious at these people, all instructions are in Chinese,the are no instructions that describe the unit, the download of the app keeps saying I have to download some conversion app, not the app for the camera. I will never buy anything from China again, this is not the first time I've had problems like this but it is certainly the worst one I've ever had. The total loack of customer support is disgraceful.
I have a working YCC365+ cam. Twice a day the cam switches its light on and makes a view into my living room although the cam is software switched off and all alarms are disabled. I watch this cam by an other cam now.

I have sinds my first purchace 5 camera from the same seller INQMEGA the last camera seems to have in an other app that needs to be connected to it. I try to connect it to YCC365 app but wil not do this it only wil connect to HISEE app why is this?

Ughhh this camera is so annyoing. I had the shop owner install it for me. And now I can't change the WIFI network. I plug it in and it doesn't make any movement. This happens even after I press reset.

@@betty-janemoss6590 I did, just touch the video and it goes to another window ,than touch the return circle next to the camera below the video. It will go to live video. You can select the video it is recorded by moving the line left or right on the green area that has been recorded and you can transfer it to your phone gallery. Practice you will get the hang of it.

They just figured, well what the hell, you've seen one, you've seen them all? Another reason not to buy anything from China. They want to sell us things but they don't care if we ever get it to work.
@Learn For Life hi, on the app ycc365 plus, when I go into settings, I only see alarm settings. When I go into alarm settings it only gives me detection sensitivity and dextion area. When I set detection sentivity to high. I still DON'T see any option for auto tracking /PTZ. What is going wrong? Why can't I patrol /move the camera from the app? Please help
