Where i come from its seems unsanitary to me, with all the smoke from cars and dust from the street. Theres a lot going on, despite that i havent tried that food yet, it may be good of its that affordable with a lot of customers. Still the hard working men i salute, its not easy to handle a dough its heavy ant needs a lot of force and as im lookin at this video its definitely hot their workstation. I salute this people. Indian street food is good but it's untidy back in 2019 traveled there I wanted to taste it but I saw the vendor scratching his balls 😂 then a customer came he started mixing with bare hands. It's really good I tried it but you know 😂😂

It sucks,Kolkata is always unhygenic in terms of food & cleanness.It made me remember of the vidoe of a Kerala wala guy making parath with his gamcha..Basically Banglis,Bangla & Bihari ppl r use to eat unhygienic food..

This place looks amazingly tidy despite it is on the street. Nobody who ever touched money before eating something without washing their hands before should complain about the quality of the foods in this stall!

He is not educated hence has little sence of clean, he is poor so can not open a hotel..but he is loyal hardworker ..not earning money by any jihad...

I'm an Indian Nepali, brought up in Bengali culture in Haldia. Pitai porota is one of my favorite street foods. Instead of aloo curry, I used to eat these porotas mostly with rosogolla chasni (juice). During rainy days we had football bets of pitai porota and rosogolla chasni which we used to call as Rosporota. I miss those golden days of my childhood in Haldia and my childhood bengali friends. 🤎😊
