Yearly checkups with our care providers are critical. Knowing our blood pressure, pulse, oxygen levels, how we move, and what is happening with our health and well-being. MC shares that she attended her wellness check and found her blood pressure to be relatively low, and her weight was much lower than last year. This is an excellent reminder of how much progress we can make by taking small steps every day.
How are you showing up for your wellness? Do you like your care providers? Are they easy to talk to and ask questions about things that bother you? Having a care provider, you can build trust and stay curious about how to stay healthy as you grow older. Knowing if something is wrong early - we can help take action sooner than later when the problem could become much more challenging to treat.
Remember dear friends, you have this one precious life. Live intentionally.
