I’m Scotland we mostly use a combination of hanging clothes outside, hanging on radiators and some in the dryer. Not everything can be put in the dryer so 🤷🏻‍♀️ got to hang them

My fiancé and his entire family hate the beach. Like they once drove us 4 hours to go to a beach and I was the only one who got in the water…they all brought chairs and books but didn’t touch the lake at all. It was so weird to me 😅 I’m basically part mermaid though 😂

To answer Sal's question about what to do without a clothes washer: you fill the bathtub with hot water with some detergent and wash clothes in there. One-by-one you wring and swish them around. Drain the dirty water, fill the tub again to rinse (maybe rinse twice if that's your bag). Then wring the clothes out really well and hang them on a clothesline to dry.
