I think that would be a fabulous idea to have the appts checked every six months. People like this could not get away with it. They would have to clean it up or get out.

Yesterday I've watched the most"famous cleaner" who came to Florida and cleaned the most roach infested apartment I've ever seen. She seemed helpless, was too much talking, very mediocre cleaning. There is no comparison between your cleaning and hers. You move the stove and clean behind it, you clean fridge inside and out, you clean inside the kitchen cabinets, you clean walls, windows. She doesn't do any of this, You are the best, best, best Cleaner in the world, believe me, Barbie

I knew someone who lived like that, but we didn't know until after she died. One of the huge problems is that when something goes wrong, such as a plumbing problem, they are afraid to call a workman to fix it, so it stays broken. When you let the water run into that sink, I fully expected it to flow into an open trap and out onto your feet. Why else would they have set up the bin to hold water? In any case, I'm glad to see you're wearing breathing apparatus. The stench must be awful, and the health hazards are frightening. Also, just look at you! Lots of people pay good money to spend time in a gym to get in shape, but you're getting a workout by doing this saintly real work!

Barbie, this was another hard job and you did amazing 🤩. So glad your helper handsome Johnny was with you. No way to handle that much trash on your own and even impossible to lift up the stove to clean underneath for one person‼️ So glad, that this person/family will have a new start to enjoy their apartment. The cleaning of the kitchen was a big deal. Love and more energy for the next cleaning day ❤️😘.

No they were definitely smoking them! they were torn apart to get the tobacco out and to be rolled up - then when barbie was cleaning the window it was full of the rolled up cigarettes and ash everywhere. Disgusting

I helped a friend with her house....It took 1 month to clean and straighten the whole house.....I came back 2 weeks later and you would never know I was there.. Until she gets the mental help she needs..there's nothing more I can do

Me too. Stoves have justable feet, and if it's broken, I'd put one of those bottle caps beneath one corner. If that tenant doesn't overcome their addictions (alcohol, tobacco, marihuana from the looks) nothing will change. I hope they get the needed help.

If you noticed all the cigarette tobacco lying around the filters it’s cause they aren’t smoking tobacco they’re rolling pot with the cigarette paper. Did you see the burnt roaches in the window sill?

I honestly think NY needs to pass a law that rentals need to be walked through every 6 months and if a resident isnt removing garbage weekly immediate inspection. The neighbors of these places really suffer.. i sincerely hope this man gets healing ❤.

Barbie, you are incredible. i don't know how long you worked on this, but if it took less than 2 days, i'm amazed. that was so much work. the place looks so shiny and new! Cigs are awful. nicotine stains so badly. but, after you cleaned, couldn't even tell there were stains before. if any place needed you to wield your steamer, this was one!! as someone else said, i was amazed that place didn't catch fire. i hope they use ashtrays and throw away and clean up after their smoking now. better yet, quit altogether. sorry, i have a bugaboo about smoking. grew up with my dad smoking and watched him suffer for yra b/c of it. broke my heart.

The desire to recycle seems to be a stumbling block to a lot of people when throwing their rubbish out. Give yourselves a break if you are in this situation and just throw everything in the nearest large bin. When you have time and a clean kitchen then start recycling again. Is it possible for you to put out a video with cleaning sounds and one with music for us who don’t like music in the background?

It was just incredible the way you transformed this kitchen. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes, I wouldn't have believed it. Your attention to detail is absolutely top-notch! It's so sad to think that a person could live like that. I hate to think what the state of his lungs and liver are like. We are a strange species the way we indulge in toxic, harmful products that we know are going to ruin our bodies and our health. I truly hope this person can take charge of their life and seek help if they need to so they can enjoy life in a better way. The stench from all those cigarette butts must have been horrendous! I live in Florida USA and it's near impossible to get healthcare/medical care if you are poor.

@@donnamaco1SSDI is the answer and it covers 100% and no premiums. Obviously can't work on the books over $ 1000 but probably not working anyway. The worst part is mental health is not a priority in the state plans but physically they are very good. Mental health providers hate SSDI because of low reimbursements. Ps. Tell them your dog died and you need help for it. And then you are in.

Good job! Those cigarettes on the counter were never even smoked. Just broken and the tobacco emptied on the counter. Strange.

As I said to Aurikatarina on her last video, I hope the home owner (or tenant) will call a specialist for the pest infestation. Because even after your wonderful cleaning, the nests will remain and the crockroaches will continue to proliferate and spread to the other flats if it is in a building.
