Ingredients
250ml of milk
20g of fresh yeast (half a cube) or one bag of dry yeast 7g
500g plain flour
100g sugar +1 teaspoon sugar flour for yeast
1 vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
2 egg yolks
lemon peel of 1/2 lemon
100g butter
Let it rise for 40 minutes and then another 15-20 minutes and still 15-20 minutes
Fill - homemade or purchased plum jam and add a little rum
Bake at 150-160 ° C - hot air with steam until golden - each oven bakes ;-)
