They have been way too inconsistent for years so I just go a whole size up on everything

I’m a size 11, went a size up (12). At first, it doesn’t fit but throughout the day it fits perfect.

That's so right, first pair of these and yes, while comfortable - I keep tripping over them and thought I was crazy. FYI - I have wide feet, do wish I sized up btw. (Bought true to size, 10)

I went with true to size 8, and they're made in India. The left side fits perfectly, but the right side is an inch smaller than the left side, which makes it a bit uncomfortable to wear, but it's not that much of a big deal. But whenever I wear them I keep on trying to adjust the right feet just to sit in comfortably. I'm in a situation where I dont know if I should wear them like that till it stretches out or should I return them.

Lack of information, you did not bother to include measurements which ADIDAS gives us a general size chart but not a yeezy slide chart. It would have been good if you included actual measurements with a measuring tape for this. That is why I watched 10 minutes of your video but that info was never given.
