Well actually, you're both right and a little bit wrong. It is also slang for a form of IV meth use. It refers to the (really nasty and dirty process) of just dropping meth shards directly into a syringe, pulling up some water into it, and then shaking it until all of it is dissolved, then shooting. I mean it's not like drawing drugs up through a measly little cotton ball is all that clean, but yea, shake n bake shooting is one of the dirtiest ways you can do it. But when you're strung out, shit happens. But yes, shake n bake most definitely pertains more to the cheap n quick way to cook dope, overall.

@cjspin802 Shake n bake isn't low grade. It's not the same as ice or gas. It's stronger than any ice out there. and shake n bake just refers to it because you have to shake a bottle to make it. and also it doesn't take 2-3 hours unless you just don't know what you're doing. Takes around 45 mins to an hour. Just letting all yall know. haha! but no this song has NOTHING TO DO WITH METH.
