Dear sir, ghee is a derived product. The milk , curd and buttermilk are sold for a price. So the cost of butter need not include all the quantity of milk. You may also note that the butter is first taken away from milk by machines. Only after extraction of butter the milk is packed and sold at Rs.40 to 60 per litre. So the actual cost of butter is only Rs.360 and that of ghee is Rs.450.
For 1kg butter around 20ltrs of milk is needed. All are not taking butter directly from milk. You calculate the labour cost for boiling for curd making and the cost for taking butter.we are having diary and small diary owners are always running at loss only. Butter milk cost is very meagre amount only and that too also should be sold.
we appreciate what you do! Taking legal battle - against mistakes... we know that you are not doing it for appreciation, but as a duty or Dharma. Please don't ridicule other's emotional or people's sentimental expressions. Unless people collectively rise against vested interest, long legal battles alone will not help. You are doing what you think is right...but, pls don't dilute other issues because the issues you raised are not getting attention! Don't play a spoilsport as if you know everything, respect other's sentiments and values. In Punya Kshetras whatever is cooked and offered by devotees in such holy places is prasadam and the Lord is omnipotent to make it prasadam - not that every laddu should be brought in front of the Lord - This is very basic. Also, I saw your recent interview saying there is no remedy for sins (committed knowingly or unknowingly) in Sanatana Dharma - in Bhagavad Gita Lord promises in many places and finally reassures "Do not worry, I'll nullify all the sins and liberate you". please see that interview - when even learned people like you make wrong statements against Sanatana Dharma it pains.
I feel you always try to deplore every body. Other than your views all other's views are of little value to you. I appreciate the efforts you are taking for temples. But if done with little more humility even in your words and actions you will gain the respect of every one. You are elder to me and more knowledgeable in Hindu scriptures particularly Vaishnava school of thought. Don't know if i should have pointed out to you above.
