Whoever said that this is one of the worst songs of their career is nuts. It's definitely one of the top ten songs they have written.

Just want to go on record saying this, and hopefully anyone else who has the same question sees this. I will not be setting up any download links. This concert as a whole is close to 2GB of memory on my computer. Please be happy that I took the time to upload the concert for your viewing pleasure, whenever you please. No download though. Sorry guys! If you spent hours to uploading them, you wouldn't want to do anymore uploading/downloading either!

LP was such an important part of the band sound, listening to this vs the warped tour version is day and night, such an awesome drummer

This concert was my seventh times seeing Yellowcard live. It was really an amazing show. I also think that Awakening is one of the best songs of their career, and when they come out and open up the show with it, there's really no better feeling. It's an amazing opener, and I just love the song so much. Really means the world to me, more then the band could probably imagine. Glad you're enjoying the videos!!

Thank you. Thank you very much for the whole show online! In my opinion, "Awakening" is one of the best songs from Yellowcard's carrer. I think the day I have the chance to listen and see this song being perfomed live I'll faint.

No problem, glad to give the info when asked! haha. I was considering uploading the concert as a whole, but someone downloaded all of these videos from RU-vid, without my knowledge, and uploaded them to Vimeo themselves, so their is a video of the whole floating around. I can't upload an hour and a half video on my RU-vid account, as far as I know either.

Thanks for uploading, I really appreciate that. It's hard to find Yellowcard full show online and it's hard for me to go watch by myself, cuz I leave in brazil and they don't come here so often. So thank you very much, all you need now is buy a good recording program. Just kidding!

Nah, it's a totally understand able question. I was actually at this show, so I recorded EVERYTHING that aired on this channel from like 10am until 3am the next day (it was like a three hours drive) So by the time the concert actually came out, the recording program was a bit over loaded, and it just ended up getting a little out of sync. I was a little pissed/upset about it, but I wasn't going to let it stop me from uploading it. On top of that, the recorder I used is really cheap and shitty.

I happen to have studied this band for years so yeah I do know quite a lot about them thanks! That's my opinion. I think it's poor because the lyrics are really smushy and it's basically void of all melody which makes it boring to listen to. The intro and outro are the only good parts.

I completely oppose! Awakening opens brilliantly with this grand guitar and the outro is the same but what's in the middle is really poor. 1 of their worst songs of their career.
