What do you mean? First of all, it was dropped a couple weeks after Juice World's death - a bit late, sure. Secondly, the band will have literally no sway with Capital Records, who have all the rights to their music and are therefore the ones who claim copyright. WRK and the rest of the band have absolutely no input, they've been on hiatus for 3 years now and can't tell Capital what to do anyway. Really pissing me off, so many people blaming the band and undermining their music. Blame Capital Records.

I grew up with this band in the fifth grade. Yellowcard's the reason I got into music. This band has been my favorite band for 10 years. No one will ever know how much joy, energy and light they gave to my life. Yellowcard, I could never repay you, thank you.

Well, I know. 14 years ago, (and I was also 14 years old...) was searching "rock" in my kazaa's search tool, and I randomly downloaded ocean avenue and only one... Since then, I've seen them 3 times in live and even if time has passed and their latest songs are not my cup of tea anymore, I've still have goosebumps when I'm listening to where we stand, one for the kids, ocean avenue, light and sounds and even paper walls. They are "my" rock band, from middle school to university, and I can not be more thankful to them for what they brang me during the half of my life.. And I'm also thankful to the guy that have shared their 2 songs on the web. Because..yeah, could have been some pr0n thing, as it was usually 95% of the time on this kind of softwares, and so my entire life would have been absolutely different :D

+HCFwesker I agree with you. However I think they would have chosen to film proper music videos had they had the opportunity to. Yellowcard are not as popular as they were say 10 years ago, so record labels will not be willing to invest as much in them as would be the case 10 years ago.

I think this video is perfect because it goes from just him at a show on piano singing "I wanna be in California tonight" to this happy couple on a perfect day in California. I think it perfectly shows the loneliness of how he's feeling on tour and why he wants to be back in California.

Not sure if it’s Yellowcard or their label suing Juice (put the lawsuit on pause, but I bet once more time goes on they’ll be back) , but whoever it is, is certainly not a real artist. All art is inspired by something else. It’s only because Juice made a smash hit that Sting and Yellowcard, neither of which are capable of making a hit today, want a piece of the pie. My favorite song, hands down, of anything on any album released in 2014. So glad I got to see this live. I don't mind if Ryan's vocals aren't "perfect" - it's the emotion that counts, and keep in mind he typically does this as a second encore after screaming and jumping the rest of the set. Pretty impressive, given that.

Favorite album by my favorite band. The IT Lift A Sail tour with Memphis May Fire and Emarosa was unquestionably the best concert I've ever attended in my life, and probably will remain. I saw this concert just 5 days before my freak car wreck resulting in a traumatic brain injury that almost took my life. But my memory of this show did not waver. Over the course of my year + recovery, this incredible album spoke to me on such deep levels. This album was written when Ryan was going through possibly the most difficult period of his life, (as he admitted on stage that November of '14) and this album was with me through hands down the hardest time of my life, ever. This album encouraged me to push through expectations and my physical limitations. "If A Cold Wind Starts To Rise, I Am Ready Now." Oh, I had no idea, when I attended that concert, my daunting fate that lie just 5 days ahead. I had no idea what the words of #LiftASail would soon mean to me. My neurosurgeon Dr. David Kung, PennMed, told me "You Shoulf Have Died, Luke." I now can sing, "With The Last Sail Lifted High, I Am Ready Now;" because, I don't care if it is the LAST CHANCE I GET, I will not go under. Thank you, Yellowcard, forever my favorite group of guys to play music. #RipYC
