Originally from Laos, Yer Za Vue worked for a decade as a Disney animator. Today she teaches the art of animation as well as illustration and one of her greatest passions - painting. ”I work directly from real life, often painting spontaneously, wet on wet. Creating new works of art this way is challenging, but vital to achieving an energy and expressive quality that appeals to me aesthetically.”
