That was fantastic! I've wondered for years, and now I know exactly how Alan White played this. I especially loved the marimba parts, I'll need to buy one of those and practice with it. Very impressive.
Thanks! I did the marimba part so I wouldn't just be sitting there waiting to come in on the video...lol. Also since I have one why not play that part. There is a little more nuance during the cross stick section than what I'm playing but I couldn't quite pull it off so I watered it down to what you see on the video.
AMAZING YES'S Songs !!!! Looking for guys same you who made Drumcovers, Is there a FB cahnnel to share this contents? I have another drumcovers playlist like youDrumCovers Sebastian Krupnik - RU-vid
I found an old xylophone in my dad's barn after he passed. Had no use for it until I thought about this tune. I actually figured out how to play the intro just listening to the song over and over. I'm sure it's not a big deal, but I was so stoked the first time I played it for some friends and they said you got it down. But why the hell do you have a xylophone?
@@andrewlinhart8564 I don't know the difference between the two. The thing I have, I believe its a Degan xylophone, from the 1930s. The sound is very similar to yours. Either way, thanks for sharing. I love that song. And you nailed it
