@@jokuan4901 I hope Tammy can reply to this as well. I’m her husband. 😉 It’s all really your call. I wouldn’t personally tell them, I’d just do it. But it can get out of hand. The idea is to stir it up a little and be prepared to do things you normally wouldn’t. Obviously, some things they ask could be unrealistic. But ice cream for dinner? Absolutely. 😂
@@jokuan4901 This is completely up to you and your family. We didn't tell our kids, until that morning. You can do a 'yes' day anytime. We wanted to make ours special, so we didn't do it often- that way they never know and it's a special time. AND- it encouraged us parents to really take the time and effort to do what our kids wanted to do and not get lazy :) at the end of the day- both kids and parents love it as it allows you to get on their level and have fun!
