I grew up assuming looks were important but then there was always women around saying they men's looks aren't important. Now I'm older I know that's Another female lie to throw you off the fact that women are more shallow than men with regard to looks. The good news is that you can overcome a lot by just slimming down as much as possible. When you're fat your features blend together and you look like every other fat guy but when you're thin your facial features and bone structure show. Half the time that's enough to make you much more successful with women.
It's good to have a balance but external things like looks only get you so far. People use it as an excuse but the reality is that these dudes looking for anything to confirm their low self esteem and negative view of themselves. By saying it's impossible give them the comfort of not trying. In reality women value looks the same as men value looks. It's nice but not the end all be all. And the women that do only value looks and money are in most cases gold diggers or narcissists with shitty personalities. These are very few women.
