I have experienced the ring dinger yesterday (24/1/2020).. It was great.. You can feel your whole back bones were straightened.. It feels until our stomach.. The good thing is, my body posture is very comfortable and straight position after the adjustment.. So, ring dinger was great experience for me..

My chiropractor has pulled my neck separating the air in each joint. You really do feel it from head to toe. It doesn't hurt at all. They use the momentum of speed and not direct weight which makes this safe.

The cracking noise you hear from chiropractic care is merely air trapped in joints and getting released from minor high speed thrust from the chiropractor. Inertia is a passive property and does not enable a body to do anything except oppose such active agents as forces and torques.

What you are feeling is nerve damage. The air releasing from your joints does not feel like much. This technique is mocked by most people for good reason, it just damages the nerves in your back and neck. If you’re wondering why he checks the legs after “ring dinging” someone it’s because what he’s doing is dangerous and could cause paralyzation, or the opposite effect of ruining the nerves which send the signals to your body to limit its movements. You can literally lose motor function in some way from doing this stupid shit.

This is a form of neck traction which has been used for 1,000s of years. Overtime it became more modernized. It is fact that trapped air in the joints can cause nerve pain.

Many DCs do this "ring dinger" adjustment. It is non-specific, but still safe. I'm sure you have chiropractors around all of you who do this adjustment so you don't necessaritly need to travel to Houston, TX to get it. I'm a Palmer graduate over 30 years age and have performed this adjustment many times alone with Palmer rotatory breack neck adjustment her talks about. I'm going to start posting video too.

What he says makes sense though. The ring dinger pulls the spine from top to bottom allowing a split second gap. The split second allows the cartlidge in between to to let pressure off and reset correctly. Then the other adjustments place everything in the correct alignment

It seems the bigger you are (in general), the more relief you get. Not sure I should get this done as I have bars connected horizontally from left and right pelvis sides to the Sacrum about 5 years ago. It has long since healed, so maybe I can give it a go.

If you pull while twisting the ringdinger/traction-pull is much more effective. My grandmother who was Cherokee, had a good friend named Harvey Mullinax, who was a certified chiro. He would work on my g-ma back because she had scoliosis although not super severe, but she did have a hump in her thoracic part of her back. After adjusting her a 3 or four times her bulge would go away along with all the pain she had. She did apohlestry, so she was alway looking up from a small stool or standing up looking down so she could re-cover furniture. My father left when I was 1, so I guess you could say she was our father too. I sure miss you granny.

Ms C was she a masaleet native Canadian. We had Masaleet friends. She used to take us every summer to Arizona & they would have the gathering of the Native Nations. My grandma was also a badass who was 100% cherokee & spoke fluent talagui & her surname was boggs. Her husband that died before I was born, was 50% cherokee from his mother she was Blakely Western Territory cherokee. His father was English & his surname was England. I traced his named back to the Sax-Coburg-Gotha, yes the royal family, but I see nothing royal about them, except that they have never worked. So that makes my mom 75% & I guess that's makes me 37.5% cherokee, & 50% basque my dad is 100% Basque. I love the Baque & Cherokee people. I'll read about the lady you mentioned. Thank you.
