Yes definitely, I feel sorry for the horse getting tapped on the face all the time, you can see how uncomfortable the horse is sometimes. And it makes the guards job more difficult too,I I'm sure he'd rather sit there doing his job in peace without having to watch what tourists are doing all the time.
