Yet Another Way to Summit Rabun Bald! 

I've passed this trail that turns off of the Bartram Trail at Saltrock Gap a few times and wondered how it might be as another way to summit Rabun Bald. My last attempt to find where it dumps out onto Darnell Creek Rd. was met with some deep snow and a wicked off-camber spot I didn't risk driving up. With the snow gone, however, it was relatively easy to traverse and I finally got a look at what I'm calling Saltrock Gap Trail and it's a very nice .7mi trail!
