Yeti vs. Beast!!! Which tumbler is better?

Best review of Yeti vs that I have watched. Thank you for showing the details and the lids. Some of the reviews have lids that have an open hole and are not sealed but my Yeti came with a sealed lid. So your review was perfect! Thank you!

you didn't discuss cleaning. the yeti is easier to clean because the magslider pops off. it's held in place by a magnet

Does the beast tumbler spill or leak when you turn it upside down? And how does the beast hold up with carbonated beverages?

Great review. Both lids will remove easier once the sliders are in the open position. Being difficult to remove with the sliders closed indicates them being air tight. As far as cleaning the lids, both sliders remove easily for cleaning.

So as to each your own. Both tumblers are good. However im not hêre for that. I have used the metal straw once before and hurt the roof of my mouth with it which scraped, cut which ever word you wanna use. I have never used it again. So for those ofnyou who use the metal straws be safe with it.

I own the Yeti and use it for my coffee and it is perfect for keeping my coffee hot for hours! The color on the outside is still perfect after using it and washing it in the dishwasher as the day I bought it about 3 years ago. Hydro Flask is my go to for cold drinks with the cap with the built in straw. Best for the gym.

I have purchase few Tumblers even the one in cotsco.... theres many ones that says stainless steel but the time of hot or cold or yeti it has to be with the stainless steel or quality use it on it.... your gonna see it after time of use...

Not impressed with the sliding lids. I bought a Rocky Mountain tumbler - it has silicone plugs, totally leak proof and no stiff sliding action. One for straw hole and one for a pour hole. Keeps an ice drink iced over 12 hours. Coffee is super hot (enough to keep 3 cups of coffee hot for at least 4-5 hours, the longest I ever needed hot coffee). I paid $5 for my 20 ounce and $6 for my 30 ounce - same black finish as your Yeti in the video - one black the other red. Also good is the jacket with a strap for carrying. Yeti is now certainly not worth the money as there are many subsidised Chinese factories which very quickly bring quality up to the standards required by companies like Starbucks. MUCH cheaper, not slight, but I'm looking locally (Shopee and Lazada in Thailand) - so I'm not sure where you'd order.

I'm curious about which lid is easier to clean. I know the magnetic part of the Yeti comes apart fairly easily. How about the Beast?

One point the Beast has over ther Yeti is that the slider on the lid can be removed to clean between the two pieces. Since Yeti slider is black, you can't see what's trapped under the slider. Also, now on Amazon and at the Greens Steel site, the 30 oz. tumbler is under $26.00

What car were you testing the fit in?

Why is the video a mirror image? Yeti label is backwards and beast is too? I like my 20 oz. Beast with the handle. No straws came with mine. Got it off the Facebook ad.

I went with yeti 20 oz mostly for magslider lid. I have a ton of cups with broken lids or lids that are hard to operate .
