Kaiba's "Who cares" line is real. Actual 4Kids Dialogue: Pegasus: But..there's more. This individual possesses an ancient power stronger than any I've seen. And his name...is Dartz. Yami Yugi: Who's Dartz? Kaiba: Who cares, Yugi.
@@shock226 Well the very first line Yugi says in the first episode is one of them. There's another one in episode 75 where Dartz insults Rafael, saying"...not that I'd expect your miniscule brain to comprehend that." There's also episode 78 where Kaiba calls Rebecca a kid: Kaiba: This isn't some kind of field trip, kid, but I guess you can tag along if you want. Rebecca: I'm no kid. Kaiba: Whatever you say, kid.
I think it's even more hilarious when later Kaiba goes insane when he discovers that Dartz is the leader of the organization that took over his company.
Old comment, but replying anyway, he is making jokes and stuff, but he's also doing a pretty good jb of summarizing the events and dialogue, so you still end up getting the gist of the main story
You've got a friend in me You've got a friend in me If you've got troubles, I've got 'em too There isn't anything I wouldn't do for you We stick together and can see it through Cause you've got a friend in me You've got a friend in me
When the road looks rough ahead and your miles and miles from your nice warm bed. You just remember what your old pal said: "Boy, you've got a friend in me. Yeah Yooooou've got a friend in me."
I like the detail that Yugi’s eyes glow red while Rebecca isn’t looking at him, turn back to normal when she is, and then turn back to red whenever she turns away again.
Miss Hyde Much like that "TELL ME!" video, we need a compilation video of Kaiba or anyone saying "Who cares, Yugi?" in a bunch of scenes where Yugi or Yami is talking.
Especially not something that might happen in the near future... and by near future I mean the duel they are very confidently singing their way too. Nope. Nothing.
I took it as when Mai said "any man" she was implying both men and women. And when Ralph told her "not all men" he's implying that she's not good enough.
TaverensPull Zorc: BECAUSE I'M GOING TO BE IN SEASON 5 AND WHERE BAKURA GOES I GO! Bakura: Yes we're still together despite Zorc and Pals being cancelled for the umpteenth time. We're just patiently waiting for that neon haired Atlantian and that German version of Pegasus to fail in their evil plans first.
David315842 Oh come on, we all know that zorc is a one trick pony. whatcha gonna do in season 5 zorc? let me guess...Destroy The World! (audience laughs and applauses)
Episode 69 was taken down (again, probably), so I had to watch it in a reaction video, with some obnoxious guy pausing and laughing in my ear. I hope you acknowledge the sacrifices I'm making in order to watch the complete playlist for the hundredth time xD
The fact that he made them laugh together as a group of friends in the door scene was the single most effective way of making them show they are close.
YYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now I'm going to watch in dub for sure when does it hit theaters for its limited release
Wasn't really the so much as pointing out that the weighting was a bit lazy. Don't get me wrong, I loved season 4, the pharaoh screwing up and having to get over it to trust himself( also when he. Ask ally tried to kill weevil) is an amazing character development point. Doesn't mean everything wasn't super "convenient" though xD
A lot of very convenient shit happens in season 4 that is just statistically implausible. Duke finding Rex and Weevil in the middle of nowhere, for example. It happens in the entire series, but it's just more evident in this season. Not hating on the season anymore than I'm "hating on" Yu-gi-oh.
Thank you for making the watching of the yugioh as i was growing up (watched it online, started a bit late tho haha) a much more fun journey than it would have been without YGOTAS :D
So, since the next episodes should probably be about when the Pharao screws up, what are the chances that his big breakdown won't be over the loss of Yugi's soul, but rather his LOSS?
Wait, she's only 8? Wow, that's really weird. Then again, Yugi's suppose to be a high school student, and yet he looks like he's ten years old at best. Hardly anyone looks the way they should for their age.
JCBro2014 yeah in her debut it said she was 8, and not too much time has past between her teddy bear days and this point, so maybe more along the lines of nine, perhaps. But yeah he's about twice her age.
Yugi is super stunted, yeah. In the manga, it was one of the reasons he was miserable -- Anzu (Tea) wouldn't take him seriously, Honda and Jounichi (Tristan and Joey) were awful bullies, and THAT ONE GUY FROM 5DS' FIRST EPISODE WHO DUELED YUSEI ON A BIKE AS A POLICE DUELIST blackmailed him for 'protection'. He had no friends, and basically spent all his free time dicking around in his Grandfather's gameshop because of that. He completed the Millennium Puzzle so he he could using its wish to wish for friends, and in a way, it worked. The Puzzle gave him Yami/Atem who was one cool cat that attracted all of Yugi's friends.
Not gonna lie, for a minute there I kinda wondered if the entire video would be in front of the door. And I was OK with that. Awesome work LK and Masako!
Hey LK, I've been watching YTAS since I was 14 and I'm 20 now. (I've been through so many of your channel takedowns I lost track) I just wanted to thank you for this great series. I've seen a million other abridged series, and while some are great/ hilarious (SAO and 50% Off) most cannot match your comedic timing. You've always been good but you've got infinitely better over the years with experience. ItThe voice acting and editing has gotten so smooth and the script and jokes are usually really solid. I'm really proud of your work and still find it enjoyable/hilarious years later. I don't mind waiting a few months for an episode when I know it'll be good than something half-assed pushed out in a week. This series is so good that I've literally kept up with it for years...and I never do that. (I'm also loving that you are like one of the only abridged series that has 70+ episodes. Thanks for not giving up!)
pokeperson1000 Oops, misread. I think teh series lost it's way after the Virtual world arc where it kind of started declining in quality and feeling, like Littlekuriboh made them only so people would stop bothering him. Here it seems like he's having fun again.
I always love what Littlekuriboh does, because everything he does is just plain art, he's just awesome but lately I started to think that Ygotas became even better -which I didn't know that it could be even better than it already is! Even the worst season of Yugioh has just had the best content of all the Ygotas! Props to you, LK! You are amazing as ever!
You know what's sad about this episode... next one will be the last we'll see of regular Yugi for like... a lot, maybe 1 episode when he dueled the Pharaoh and once again fully when he comes back. But boy was it fun to see him act the way he has. LittleKuriboh, kudos.
06:17 it was heavily implied that Abridge!Rebecca killed her own parents in the past. not to mention that she is obsessed with the main character with first letter "Y" and last letter "O". keep going, Beck you are THIS close on becoming Yuno Gasai
