That gun has ejectors all the yildiz do pretty strong as well you have to fire it for them to engage if you open before you fire it will just extract I have the exact shotgun i thought the same thing
Would recommend not taking your yildiz to get repaired by them, they sent my gun back in a random box, back to academy with none of my information in it, and academy sold my gun, I'm going to be getting another over under shotgun just like that but a bit better quality wood. Thanks for the video
Dang....that sounds frustrating....what was the issue that caused you to seek a repair ? Did they compensate you for all that jazz ? Wonder how the second buyer felt, finding out the new shotgun is actually a repaired used one ??
@@neuromanglers so i de-loaded my shotgun one day to put it away and a metal piece fell out, I further invested and it came out of my firing pin, it was a machine pressed piece so it was covered under warranty, I have only had that shotgun a year as of yesterday. I am getting a store credit and have had another gun shipped from a Alabama location, I'm getting the yildiz legacy hp 12 ga
@@neuromanglers As for compensation no I am not getting any money in return for anything, but they will be giving me a full refund in the form of a store credit, I was offered the same model but I declined as I was already in the market for a different model same brand. As for the gun they did sell it as a repair gun, so they sold it with a discount not a full price, I am going to get a little money out of it as I still have the chokes and plan on selling them, probably won't get much but still would probably cover gas.
@@neuromanglers i put about 400 rounds through it as I was using it for my shotgun team and I was about halfway through my season when it got canceled because of covid
