Yes, this is what I thought as well. However, I do think that it's a weird decision to even include it in the description, it's unnecessary and prone to misinterpretation. However, I do agree that the sentence and how the word the second part is a bit misleading. And tbh, I know this is quite harsh, but Kuro need to fire and replace the English translator (likewise with their JP ones).

@Yoisaki.Kanade02 yeah but compared to other gacha titles like Genshin and HSR, the difference is absurd, where 30% is their high end that only set in after several patches while WuWa starts with this kind of power on the signature. It's also much larger at a 44% difference based on that CN comparison (100/69=1.44). While it is easier to get the weapon in WuWa thanks to the 100% guarantee, it looks like they balanced it to the extreme too.. so it's not like they're doing us any favors. The problem with such a discrepancy is whether players with a 4-star weapon that is 30-40% worse are going to be able to still clear content. Probably yes for now, but owning a weapon and experiencing that large of a difference is gonna create some balancing issues. Content would go from challenging to trivial with a 40% damage differential...

@@alicewicker3738 After testing, I managed to do 34-36k dmg to lvl 90 monke with her heavy animation cancel with Verina buff. This weapon seriously works for her. Tho to get to that dmg you need to S5 the weapon and S3 her with god roll Echos :P

it's true. But the atk buff duration is only 5 seconds, you can check it on open world fights. The funniest is that with only 1 skill resonance, you procs the 2 stacks from the weapon xDDDDD

I would say stringmaster sense it is yinlin and encore best weapon. Verdant summit is only Jiyun. Idk, it is tough though. I grabbed verdant summit and now can't get stringmaster.

for me forbidden currency is worth pull (im f2p and i think resonance 1 only good on very few character,so far no one good with 1 resonance only)

Personally i prefer characters over sequences and used all my forbidden currency. Will also help me reserve pulls ill gain to pull for next patch too

her main damage is from her ult, so u get energy again from skill and make ult ready faster
