Shifu Changrong Ph.D. is a 34th Generation Master of the Shaolin Temple, a 5th Generation Baguazhang Master, a 6th Generation Xingyiquan Master, and a 6th Generation Yang style Taichi Master. He is also a rare descendant of the legendary masters Zhao Daoxin (趙道新先師), Wu Yihui(吳翼輝先師), and Wang Xiangzhai (王薌斋先師).
To promote these original and authentic Chinese martial arts, Shifu Changrong has founded the Kungfu Meditation Center in New York City and offers private and group sessions for both children and adults.
Shifu Changrong hopes to exchange ideas, share experiences and collaborate with friends from all circles of life including, social groups, academic institutions, and families as well.

Ichuan was recommended to me because I've been experiencing strange things with spontaneous movement I don't control and I've been thinking about how to utilize that power to cause very strong and fast movements in automatic fashion.

Spontaneous movement during the stance training means you get changing from inside, gradually it should be in a very subtle way.

Lechatnoir it’s my pleasure my friend. It seems there is not such video from Master Wang Yufang. There will be perfect Fali (Release of Power) video from other second generation Yiquan Master in my future videos.
