The rules for eating street food in Yiwu, or any “questionable” location for food sources or sanitation, (no matter if you speak/read the language).. “look at the people in the queue for each vendor, did they spend money on haircuts, clothing etc.. if they look like they have personal standards, they also have food standards, if they don’t, they are simply buying on price, with disregards to quality.
