I really enjoy your shows from China. I particularly enjoy how you make China look like just another place to be instead of something exotic. I started watching several years ago because I was thinking to learn Mandarin and I love Chinese food. I found out two things. The food looks amazing. Sichuan food is definitely not your average Chinese food. The spiciness can be scary for some but addicting eventually if you can stand it; and there are other flavors, too. Thank you for showing various dishes and giving your honest rating for each dish. Your positive attitude as well uplifts the people you meet and surprising the Chinese people how fluent you are. Authenticity is a big factor of how you are followed by many.
