Between 12 to 48 hours, i'd guess, as is the normal incubation period for that disease. It's what we call "omgangssyke". A disease whose name loosely translates to "the disease that goes around", because it is very contageous. It's very common in norway during the winter months. Very rarely dangerous. Just really unpleasant.

In fall and winter time in Norway, we often don't bother undressing when stepping inside, if we know we're not going to be there very long, because we want our jackets/coats to stay warm, and we don't want to get chilly. As you can see in the video, it's snow everywhere.
