This is great and thank you for the subtitles. I have the emulation and it's very good. I totally agree with the "user experience" and the psychology of actual hardware surely making a difference in the way sounds are manipulated. I would suspect a big difference would be in the way separately recorded tracks are summed together - one in the box and not affected by voltage fluctuations at all whereas multitracking an old analog synthesizer like the Moog either gives you a beautifully chorused effect with all those harmonic interactions or something out of tune!
I really appreciate that you have an expert panel that can make the most of Matsutake-san's expertise. This was a wonderful experience, and I feel that I have learned more in these 50 minutes that I have in many hours of trying to understand the mathematical theory behind each of the portions of the signal path. Matsutake-san's passion and experience shine through, and he navigates a complex topic like second nature to him. Thank you for this wonderful opportunity to understand the temperament and spirit of the Moog.

very educational..... and interesting. I've heard of the name Hideki Matsutake a long time ago.... and was always impressed with his sounds on the analogue moog synthesizers.

It's very nice how the other participants are knowledable enough to ask the right questions to Mr. Matsuta to put the explanation into a broader context which most people who are interested in music in general can understand. Since this reflects the level of the people in the intended audience this works very well. My compliments. One small remark though: Setting the sequencer at a lower tempo initially would have made the difference between an ADSR and an LFO clearer.
