SSSniperwolf : "There's no shame in hard work." , said in the most dead-eyed, unempathetic way possible... almost like its an alien concept to her. LOL. This would be the last person I'd want any "hard work" from.

I wouldn't say there's any shame in making videos and being good at it. No shame in making movies and being good at it. But as someone who's worked multiple jobs in multiple fields, I'm getting paid almost the same amount of money to work at Chili's as I did working construction hand digging trenches for 16 hours a day in subzero/ 100°+ temps. You can see why I chose Chilis. It's easy. It pays well. Why wouldn't I? I'd be an idiot not to for my own health, spine injuries are way worse for me than bottomless tortilla chips. Is my job easy? Yes and no. It's still a job. Sitting in a desk being an accountant is "easy". Nobody should shame anyone for being an accountant, a fast food worker, a construction worker, until they fail at their job. But would I say that my job is hard? HA... Haha.... Heh.... f@ck no.
Dhar Mann's biggest fear HAS to be humiliation. Every negative side of his lessons involve it in some way and it's always the *worst* thing that can happen to someone during the short. Even all of his titles hint at this. "Instantly regrets it!"
That's pretty common for people who have no real problems or struggles in their lives. They can't even imagine losing anything of real value so the only thing they could conceive of harming them is damage to their public image.
@@Nuvizzle Hi, armchair psychologist. It's more likely that it's just a formulaic way of telling morality tales for american preteens. Of course Dhar Mann isn't going to make ''jimmy's parents die of CANCER, they instantly regret it'' Edit: he did make ''man loses is brother to GRANADE'' ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-v82f6n1nqqU.html
Fan theory. Dhar Mann videos take place in a universe where covid wiped out 99.9% of the world's population. It explains why the school is so tiny and why sssniperwolf would be so famous at school and want to have her do a meet and greet. she's probably one of the few celebrities left,
That’s why they all act so weird and disconnected because they have to adjust to this new way of life. We destroyed much of the environment with chemical waste and deforestation so that’s why outside of the school they have a poster of a nice park. To have something nice to look at. The Dar Man cinematic universe.
I for one appreciate Adam's commentary and don't mind him pausing. I would have never known about this alien named Dhar Mann trying to prove he is a human by making videos.
I at least think In this video he could’ve done with talking less in the beginning. He literally was just repeating some of his statements on scenes, he wasn’t adding things he was repeating things. It took 10 minutes to get to a single minute in to the video lol. Not hating just saying
@@YMSHighlights honestly i never put the two together but i find it funny that at one point she made gaming content but later just does react vids now... me wonders if she streams since she’s a “Gamer”.... Hell Sniper Woof sounds sorta-kinda cool! thxz Dhar Mann! your flup will be remembered by Adum and his twitch chat! o7
the closest I can think of is one of my friends used to mow the field in the summer, but his dad was the principal and I don't know if he even got paid lol
apart from how japanese kids are tasked to clean up the classroom after classes and how schools in impoverished places like rural laos probably get their kids to clean up because they can get no one else, im not sure
IMDB Trivia: Series creator Dhar Mann is actually big admirer of american screenwriter Charlie Kaufman. In skit "School Jantor Shamed by MEAN GIRLS ft SSSniperWolf" he references Kaufman's 2020 film "I'm Thinking of Ending Things" by introducing character of janitor who is clinically depressed. Video "Evil Single Mother Mistreats Kid, Lives To Regret It" has similarities with relationship between Caden Cotard and his wife Adele in Synecdoche, New York (2008). Both creators are similar in more than few things. For example both are trying confront viewers with human struggles resulting in suicidal thoughts in the watcher.
I went to his IMDB and I still can't grasp the concept that some people in his comments actually think he makes life changing content These 10/10 ratings have to be alt accounts
What I love about these is that they're basically fanfics Dhar Mann and SSSniperwolf write about themselves. "SSSniperwolf Saves The Day Because She's So Cool by SSSniperwolf And then SSSniperwolf showed up and everyone was like 'WOW SSSniperwolf is so cool' and SSSniperwolf fixed everyone's problems because she was so cool. -The End"
Yeah, I think repeatedly bullying a school janitor, one doing a work-study or not, would result in detentions or suspensions. In our universe. Now, in the Dhar Mann universe---
@@DrachonaTheWolf No school district in America does that. In fact, the custodial and maintenance staff in most districts are unionized positions; they aren't minimum wage jobs that hire whoever comes in off the street. Dhar Mann is just oblivious to this, as is everyone in the entertainment industry, because he grew up rich.
@@blaisetelfer8499 Yeah, I already knew the answer to my question. It's just ridiculous that this is the set-up for the video. Sometimes, it might just be a regular person looking for a job; not a random person off the street, but still. Hell, I worked as a janitor with zero relevant experience, but the people hiring me knew I was a reliable person. Definitely not a student.
the chances of yms or his editor seeing this maybe low but i can't thank yms enough for the videos that he makes. I used to enjoy his YMS reviews but seeing his streams and these highlights along with his lets play videos really gives me more of an idea of who he is and hes a genuinely cool guy. I'm so happy to enjoy his content during the darkest of times of my life. Its brought me so much joy.
It's entirely possible that Dhar Mann does not genuinely know SSSniperwolf's name, but pronouncing 'wolf' as "woof" is actually part of a regional dialect in the USA and is referred to as an L-vocalization.
44:07 Really take this in. A *student* is mopping the floor during school hours, while everyone's just walking right through the area. Not an adult, who isn't going to school at all, cleaning after the students leave.
@@metalheadretrogamer5330 But generally you want to wait until no one is there, because you can't mop when people are walking through. For one thing, it's a hazard. Also, bathrooms are easier to clean when no one is using them and any other rooms are easier to clean when they're empty.
After this, everyone who bullied the girl when she was a janitor, have to be the school janitor for a day too. Then everyone in the school no longer bullies janitors. Yay dharr man solve classism.
Are we not just gonna talk about how these adults basically ENSLAVED Bree? AGAINST HER WILL? I'm pretty sure that's ILLEGAL. You can't just FORCE someone into a job position and never pay them, especially without their consent. Students become janitors in school because they sign up for the job, not because they're forced to. We're supposed to believe the adults are seen as 100% in the right for enslaving Bree just for her bullying, but that's just downright abuse. They WANT her to suffer and claim 'she deserves it', when in actuality, they should take the time to actually talk to Bree and understand if she's going through something that's making her lash out on janitors, figure out what she needs, and help her and stay by her side to get her to mentally improve as a person and respect Jordan more. ENSLAVING A KID though?! THAT'S THE ANSWER TO SOLVING PROBLEMS? That's disgusting. That's a bad message. "If someone bullies you for your work, you should make them your slave, that's how the bully will leave you alone." NO. We shouldn't be tolerating something like this, we should be tolerating respect between kids and adults, where we can respect both as people who need mental support from each other. And if you want to ask me what a GOOD way of resolving this is: If you're a janitor, and you're being bullied by someone who's making your work harder, you file a complaint to your boss. You tell an adult what's going on. If they don't listen, tell your boss. If they don't listen, keep filing that complaint. If they still don't listen, take it to a higher authority. If the bullying doesn't stop, and people don't do anything to help you, keep filing that complaint until SOMEONE hears you and believes you. Then you assist that authority into either apprehending the bully, or getting that bully some mental support. It's not that hard, and it's simpler than you think. If you were robbed, you call 911, if you are having mental disorders, you call a therapist who will help you and care for you. THAT'S what this video should be saying people should do. All I get from that video is "Enslaving people is okay, because people suck as human beings" And I really find it disturbing that there are kids watching this vid and going "Yeah, I should make my bully a janitor! That'll fix my problems!" That's disgusting.
1:36 "Why is this allowed?" It's because Dhar Mann is a RU-vidr with Millions of subscribers. And knowing how RU-vid treats channels with that many subscribers, is given more leeway.
1:06:02 - love how the janitor job is so hard that it goes from daytime to the dead of night and then back within a single 5 minutes. She’s been working that long to empty a single trash bag.
this whole scenario is so weird, like high schoolers have jobs all the time the only thing strange is that he works at his own school. I had a job in high school, most of my friends did too but none of us worked at our school lol McDonald's probably pays better anyway
fun fact Jordan and his mother have a ( most likely) more expensive car in this video than the past two videos, perhaps this is the reason they can't afford rent or it's just lazy ass Dhar Meme set design.
I like that Dhar Mann bullies would gladly ruin civilizations and kill hundreds of children, yet once their parents show up and do the “so you see?” move they instantly change into humble beans who dislike misfortune. “[LAUGHS] You're such an idiot, Jangler the cow herder!” “no he isn't, maria.” “shit, I hate bullying now.”
The janitors at the school I went to made 20-50k a year, loads of sick days that roll over, dental plans and health insurance. It's really not an awful gig, much like garbage men it can pay well, but not everyone wants to do it. Of course some schools will be shitty, but this "school" looks middle class so it shouldn't pay that bad.
Moral of the story, kids: janitors are just former bullies who got saddled w/the gig for bullying others - 'others' being 'their janitor' - so u gotta give em shit (not too much, now, or it'll be _you_ in that jumper) if you're to _'not just change their minds, but change their lives'!_
Dhar Mann Fam Jam got me ranting… I apologize in advance for the length, and for being irrationally angry… although I dunno, is it irrational? I’ll let you decide that, dear reader. As someone who has worked as a janitor in a high school… I have SOOOOOO many problems with how this video portrays the actual job of being a janitor. First off, in a large school, the sweeping and trash collection often happens after school has let out for the day. At least, where I worked, there was a crew of us who were working in separate sections around the school during the evening. Our job was to sweep the floors of the hallways and classrooms, mop bathroom floors and clean sinks and toilets, take out all of the trash, and vacuum carpets and rugs if needed. The day shift was one guy who mainly did upkeep rather than full on cleaning. No school would have a single student cleaning the entire school between classes. The very brief period between classes would not amount to enough time throughout the day for a single person to clean an entire school. And certainly not for 6 bucks an hour, which would amount to $186 across 31 hours of work. In fact, let’s do some math. A school day is about 8 hours, give or take. In a high school schedule that is roughly 8 periods, that leaves 7 breaks between those periods. Take away a few minutes from these classes so students have time to get from one class to the next, and stop at their locker if they need to, then you could give them maybe 4 minutes between classes. This was the case at the school I worked at. Now this could vary at different schools, but assuming it’s the same case at the school in this video, that means there’s 28 minutes total with which a student would have time to clean across the entire day. Less than half an hour. Across a school week, that’s just a little over 2 hours. Jordan gets 186 in a paycheck, which means if he’s getting paid 6 an hour (assuming Bree’s estimate is correct) that means he’s working for about 14 days, nearly THREE SCHOOL WEEKS, for only 186 bucks in his paycheck. I’m not saying that a part time job for a student should be paying an obscene amount. I’m saying that the math doesn’t add up. He shouldn’t be getting paid every three weeks! Ok, math over… moving on… Where is the school janitor? Where is the custodian that is SUPPOSED to be there? Is Dhar Mann clueless enough to believe that there isn’t one? And that a single student can clean it all? Who trained him? Did he even get trained? I have issues with the inconsistency and of the job, as well as how unrealistic this depiction is. First off, Jordan is collecting trash and sweeping (with a broom and mop bucket for some reason?) at the beginning of the video, but no cart with a trash bag is in sight. Later when Bree takes his place, she has the cart in question, complete with a wet floor sign. Additionally, students can get in serious trouble for interfering with a janitor’s job. Dumping trash on the floor and pushing over a mop bucket are offenses that can be reported to a member of the school’s staff or faculty, and could result in detention for the student. And this is more of a nitpick, but words do not exist that can describe the pure agony I felt when I saw how Bree was holding the mop. Why is she under handing it? Why?! No! Look at how she holds the broom LITERALLY IN THE NEXT SHOT! She holds that right. That’s also how she ought to be holding the mop. Don’t push the mop around like you’re poking a corpse with a stick. It’s a sway… side to side, slow and smooth. This way you won’t end up with streaks in the floor when the water dries. I won’t get into the water in this video because Adam did a fantastic job of that already so I won’t reiterate, but for the sake of argument, if that were proper mop water, mopping the floor the right way would prevent streaks and would actually clean the floor. And while I’m at it… no janitor mops a hallway with people constantly going through. That just defeats the purpose of mopping the floor. And finally… S.S. Sniperwoof was right. There’s no shame in hard work. She knows because she folded clothes once.
37:34 I actually pause every time Adum pauses to give my thoughts before I listen to his commentary. It takes me 6 hours to finish the video but it feels like having a real conversation
So now we need about a dozen sequels for each kid that bullied Bree, right? Because thats how justice works in this universe. (Good thing the school only has like 6 people, or else we'd never see the end of this show)
Quick scan to see if anyone has already mentioned that the way DM says "wolf" is consistent with his accent... don't see any. So, I'll just say it: That's his accent. I guarantee that's how the word "wolf" sounds every time he says it. Adam's Canadian, right? It's cute that he didn't recognize that. :)
