My local smoke shop recommended this to me and I love it! I smoke delta 8 and o love the puffs I get from it. Plus it tells me to take care whenever I turn it off, so at least something cares about me 😂
My old Uni was starting to get a bit loose being 2 years old and used every day constantly. So upgraded to this one. I like how much easier to get that voltage to what you want. They both work but I guess this one just looks nicer lol
Just wanna point out that you should always pull when the heat is on even with pre heat. 'Pre heat' is a bit of a misleading name for this function... if the unit is making heat you must pull or it will cook the oil in place it needs to flow.
I fully agree, I’ve gotten nice hits pulling on warm-mode on many batteries, so you’re wasting oil and potentially overcooking by not pulling while heating.
yeah my shit got fucked up i didnt realize cause im a idiot, and because i don’t smoke often so i don’t really replace my cart, but i would preheat and then hold the button after then hit, but this ended up making it leak on the sides and get really dirty with oil on the inside of the mod, good thing it’s affordable and i could probably just buy a new one lol
I LOVE mine!! The ONLY complaint is that the base that screws onto the cart adapter/510-thread adapter… if you do not remember that’s there you can throw the adapter away and then you’d have to get an entire new unit
I have been using the battery that comes with the yocan evolve plus for 510 carts for a few years and works well (puts out 3.8 volts at full charge fyi). Been wanting a variable voltage battery though and I like how the cart is inside the unit, nice and protected from pocket damage.
See these guys going for rather cheap nowadays, so I might pick one up! Looks much much better than the twist battery I’ve been using for the last 4 years, haha
Learned about the regular Uni through my 19 year old nephew. So I hit Yocan's website and ordered it in Airy Blue.... [as a backup for the other one I ordered... the Uni Pro, also in Airy Blue] They are both due at my house in the next few days!
@@freshlove7926 It has an ultra low, 2 volt setting. I can barely tell I get a hit that low. 4.2 volts is it's maximum setting, with incremental steps of 0.1 volts all the way down to 2.0. 4.2 rips like a dab rig and will empty a cartridge in about 2 days. I keep it between 3.1-3.5 volts as a seasoned smoker on a realistic budget.
I work at a adult novelty/smoke shop and one of ours has a very low brightness setting for the LED display and I was wondering if you can change the brightness or if it’s just faulty?
I dropped mine in water for about two seconds 😅 it’s sitting in rice right now. I turned it off right after it happened & it seemed to work okay. Hopefully still useable 😂

I have the B-Smart and will be getting this just for the larger battery.The unipro V2 aint worth the price as it really isnt an upgrade.Stick with the OG.
Excellent episode! Any thoughts about all the vape lung issues being because of the solider used in making the batteries? It would all tie right in with always buying high quality batteries.
I inhale while it is preheating and I do this 3 times in a row on the lowest setting holding all the hits in until it stops and I can’t hold them in any longer that’s my hit 😂
You still have to screw the cart into something and then put it in. It's actually an extra step, saves no time, and is just something to lose in the end....
I just got one from a friend of mine, but the battery is giving the "no atomizer" message. Any ideas as to how to fix that? I've been trying turning it off and on again like a few people suggested, but it still isn't working. New Cart and everything.
If you look on the LED screen, once you drop a cart in, there should be small numbers forming under the numbers that show how many seconds you hit the pen. If there are no numbers, you don’t have a good connection & need to pull & drop the pen over & over until it gets a good connection. If it still doesn’t, you might have something in it (pet hair, dirt etc). I like to blow on it or take a q-tip to it.
@@NathanCollins eh, ive dropped that device so many times it was made out of solid metal the only thing that ever broke was the wattage. This light one feels like its gonna break if i drop it.

What vape-related illnesses? I mean, my dispensary is legit and everything but I also use nic-sticks for relieving me of my 30+ year tobacco-smoking addiction. It's the longest I've gone without cigarettes and without using Chantix, tho, admittedly a touch of wellbutrin with a splash of Paxil on the side has been.needed to quell the emotional roller coaster that was left in the absence of tobacco-based cigarettes (let's call them TBCs to distinguish from marijuana cigarettes, and save me some work). So I'm literally vaping all the day long is my point. The nic-sticks can sometimes make me nauseous because I somehow am ingesting the fluid, I feel it tingle on my lip as well when it happens so that's kinda how I know specifically it's happened from vaping the nic-sticks. (A handy term I picked up from my nephew for nicotine based vapes.) So if that's what you mean by illness then I just validated your statement. But... I did once upon a (way, way long ago) time (when nic-stucks were really a "thing" people did just to do. Largely used by smokers... but that confounds the assertion. There was a suggestion made by more than one person, I believe, 1 who was particularly credible but also not knowing if being a smoker complicated any such study so early in the vape-conveption. In any case the assertion claimed that there complaints of throat issues from vaping. So for confirmation or informational purposes, can you please describe a little better what you mean by illness or illnesses? The ones you say the Americans are complaining about? Like I said I'm vaping all day long having most recently quit the end of June. I use medical marijuana so the products from the facility are tightly controlled. But the nic-sticks I get from basixally a head shop and online.
It depends on how concentrated the nicotine is in the "Nic-sticks". For instance if you have really concentrated salt juice at 50 mg of nicotine per ML of juice and you use a low Ohm coil (burns very hot for big clouds) you're ganna be inhaling way more nicotine than you're used to from smoking and it can cause way more problems long-term. If you want something that isnt as harsh on your lungs try getting regular e-juice (non salt juice otherwise known as "freebase" juice) that has less concentrated nicotine (usually 3mg or 6mg per ML). That would be the way to wean yourself off of nicotine in general and way better for your health. source - work at a vape shop
Most carts sold are missing all the other cannabinoids like cbd, cbn, cbg, etc. Mainly they get the thc only, leaving out the others. Its called the "Entourage Effect" with ALL the cannabinoids intact, like reg bud. I Think they found another cannabinoid that's 10x more powerful than thc. ThcV i think. I beleive cbn makes you sleepy, or is it cbg? The one that's leftover from ABV bud. Soon they will not only have Thc and Cbd carts, but soon cbg and cbn carts. Thcv carts. Different mixes. Fun time to be alive. I just ordered one yesterday. 20$ shipped.
The magnetic adaptor seems to massively cut the carts airflow, even before you drop it in. Bummer caus it is a badass device, I think they just need to improve the magnet.
TickleChits na dude thats ur cart. trust me i've tried well over 50 different carts and only like 1 cart i couldnt pull once i screwed in but it was leaky out the hole on the bottom. for some carts u have to make sure it isnt too tight and the 2 holes above the carts threads are exposed through the cutouts on the magnetic piece
I get what your saying. But every time I get a new cart I try it with the same results. The same exact carts work on my other stuff. Maybe I got a bunk one
TickleChits yeah thats odd man.. i mean only way to see what it is is by dry hitting it while screwing the magnetic piece on and finding where air goes through the cart seeing if its clogged but u said other batteries work..
