Not quite, you are at a permanent advantage to those who have never used. That's a fact. But you won't stay at the peak strength of your steroid use when you have came off either. The hard thing to do is far as muscle growth is create new muscle fibres, when you take PEDs this process because far easier. When you come off them, those fibres will deflate but not dissappear, so when you train again naturally you have fibres you wouldn't have otherwise created yet and you just have the job of stimulating them. As a natural athlete it is far more difficult to create new fibres than it is for a ex PED to stimulate existing ones. That's just a fact. You get alot of athletes that do it though, it isn't just Paul and most of the BKFC probably are on or have been on before. He's not necessarily at an advantage to those guys, he's just not at a disadvantage because I guarantee 99% of them have done the same.
