Aapka tarika aur main kahun ki apka saleeka bahut hi pyara hai. Aapki vaani Kanno men khanakti hai aur chain ka ahas deti hai. Kal ke mangalmay din ke liye bhi aaj se hi taiyari shuru, sona nahi hai, yog nidra karni hai Bahut bahut Dhanyavad.

Mam yog nidra daily krenge to kya hum permanently theta state me rehna sikh jayenge kya. Matalab jis waqt yog nidra na kr rhe ho us wakt bhi hum theta me reh payenge kya ?

Many thanks Mam for this masterpiece. I have a question though. During yoga nidra, I felt as if I am something/someone attached inside this body. I felt as if my body is sleeping but I can see/feel and hear everything outside. Is it normal?
