Namaste Mam🙏 Mai apka ye video roj sunte sunate so jati hu... Kyou ki muze achank Hat pairon me alag feeling hoti hai, heart beat badh jati hai,dil bahot ghabrata hai.. Namaste mam🙏🙏. One student studying engineering in NIT Rourkela is suffering from stress and insomnia. He studies till late night in laptop/mobile.When he goes to sleep stray thoughts disturb him.. He is unable to sleep. In the early morning he feels sleepy. After few time he has to be ready for the class and gets irritated and stressed. Please mam suggest can he try this at night? Please..
