This is the shortest 10 mins in my life. I just recently found out that Yoga is the most amazing and relaxing exercise that we should be promoting as it does it only benefit your body but also your mind.

Listen up guys, THIS ACTUALLY WORKS!!! I'm so thankful I could cry( and this is coming from me, an insomniac 🙂) I did this yesterday and I slept within half an hour!?!! I usually stay up late till 3 or 4 and barely get any sleep at all. I'll forever be grateful for this routine. Thank you sooo much Jessica ❤️❤️

I though her voice was very soothing and the poses she chose calmed me. If I could request one thing, I would have liked to see her spend more time on each pose. It was very fast paced and I couldn't truly appreciate each movement.

I really enjoyed this pre-bedtime stretch. Sometimes I find myself skipping yoga during the day and going to bed with a little bit of back pain. This is a nice practice for those days.

Night 1 of doing these: I feel so relaxed, also heard and felt a couple of bones cracking (specilifcally from my spine) and my back feels great now. I will try to make more updates to keep track of how I am feeling. Thanks for the vid! 💖💖💖

I’m a 19 year old powerlifter who does 3 hour workouts loaded on caffeine(which I’ve completely stopped using it) but I get off work late so im at home by 1 in the morning and try to be asleep by 2 I’ve had a lot of stressful things happen lately and sleep has became a chore,It’s already hard enough being I have insomnia today(i did this like 1:30 in the morning)I watched this video and it absolutely helped me relax my muscles and my mind and lemme tell you I got some really good sleep imma try it again tonight but im definitely gonna start doing this with my sleep routine 😂❤️✌️

I sat in the child’s pose with the pillow for about 20 minutes after watching the video, while listening to asmr. It was so calming, if you do this I recommend listening to asmr zeitgeist’s videos.💙💙💙

@@zahraparveen6296 you could try out the 4-7-8 method it's like breathing in to the count of 4 and holding your breath for 7 seconds and breathing out to the count of 8!:)

It’s almost 4 am and I’ve been trying EVERYTHING to sleep since 12 am and I haven’t slept a wink. I have to get up at 10:45 to go to the beach with my fam tmw and if I don’t get enough sleep it won’t go well. Plus you’re SO beautiful! Tysm for this!!! ❤️

After being over-worked for almost a month my body was collapsing. Did this before sleeping and had such a relaxing sleep. I can feel the difference even tho I slept the same amount of hours I normally do. Thank you for this!

As a disabled person struggling with the idea of exercise this is so beautiful and perfect. I can't do it particularly well but it's accessible and it's becoming as much a part of my evening routine as brushing my teeth. Excellent job

Learned all the poses for this video. Now I do it with my eyes closed the entire time, and after the last pose, I just lay in silence, and I fall asleep instantly.

Loved it so much I actually smiled while doing it. I just wish the massage part wasn't too rushed. I'd hate to reach out to my phone to pause. I really wish it was longer, I felt so good at that part. Felt like I was patting myself on the back for the day saying "You did well, here's a massage for myself". Perfect night routine. Take a shower, dim the lights, get into bed, yoga and sleep. Better yet if you make it a point to sleep early. I love it, I was looking for some yoga to do on my bed and I didn't even search for that but seeing this video I immediately clicked. Best sleep yoga ever I actually wanna do it again. That child pose with the pillow is everything

I do this every night and its amazing the last pose when you just lay there I always feel like I'm shining backwards and forwards on a swing softly. I dont get a lot of sleep at night but this helps me so much tysm for this video 💕

This exercise was absolutely brilliant ❤ It was exactly what I needed! I work in laundry at a nursing home. So I'm always bending over, lifting heavy loads of laundry and walking around a LOT. So it's safe to say when I come home, I'm exhausted. I was looking for a relaxing but helpful video on bedtime yoga. I'm so happy I found your page!! Thanks again! 🎉

Thank you so much for this exercise. You saved my life. I have been so miserable with out sleep. I tried your yoga lastnight as I cud not sleep once more. I did it at 1am but very haphazard being the first time. Went back to sleeping position and I was gone before you know it. I had a very restful sleep for the first time in so long. The back bend pose with the blocks almost took me out. However, the more I released and just breathed/sighed out loud with my exhales. I felt so much tension releasing from my lower back. Thank you so much.

I still. Do this every now and again. I like this short sleep yoga. It really helped me relax in relax due to perimenopausal symptoms. Insomnia is the worst.... Thanks you it really helped me!

I couldn't sleep the night before my final exam, I tried every technique even the Military sleeping technique but it didn't work for me. Then I finally did yoga, all the poses shown in this video and I finally fell asleep

Super calming and effective stretching routine, I just tried her stretching routines for the first time was so effective and helped with my migraines felt the tension in my whole and lower body relaxed. I recommend trying her routines x

Wow I loved this it make me feel so relaxed after doing school all day and having lots of stress and feeling kinda depressed tbh this will make me actually sleep for once. Last night I couldn’t sleep after doing nothing for 2 hours :(. So I think this will help :))

thank you! i’ve been doing yoga every night before sleep (by memory because i don’t want to be on my phone right before i sleep) so i needed a new one i’m about to go test it out but it looks incredibly relaxing

I love all your videos but this is my favorite. Even on days when I'm stressed, I can find time for 10 minutes and this puts me right to sleep! I suffered from insomnia for years and this really helps me mentally and physically prepare to sleep. Thank you!
