I'm so glad to hear it was soothing! Not glad about the back pain. I'm coming out with as yoga for runners class largely based on some of our talks. :) Also, how was your cross country race?! Did you do well by your standards? :)
@@KateAmberYoga , having a Yoga for Runners class would be so wonderful! You really are such an amazing inspiration and I look forward to your sessions. As for my race, I was happy with it. As in most races, it's me vs me and though I sometimes end up on the podium, I'm happy just for the experience and camaraderie with other runners. Speaking of which, how often do you run?

Just what I needed, I have been feeling a little back pain in the last few days and now I feel a lot better. A part of my body, that I have never felt before, today decided to inform me of its existence during one of the stretches, it was amazing 😄 If I can ask, it would be interesting a class with focus on side body stretches. Thank you so much for all the good work ✨
Thank you for sharing this and the feedback! I'm so glad it helped. Truly my pleasure and i do have some twist classes but they're not particularly back sensitive.
