Love your videos. My wife and I are over 55 and trying to improve our flexibilty. We exercise to your videos almost every day. We tend to get stiff after long walks. Videos for this would be helpful. I would also like a video for my wife as she gets pain in between her shoulder blades (upper back near her spine) when standing for long periods of time, especially after washing dishes. You are making such a difference in our fitness. Stay safe and healthy for New Year's 2022.
I've been doing your yoga routines for about a month now and today was the first time I didn't feel like dying when doing downward facing dog.. omg i didn't think i would see progress so quickly, thank you for these videos😭🥰
This was soo good. I hate when you click on a workout and it says beginners but its so far from a beginner workout. This really was for someone just starting yoga. Challenging but doable. I feel so relaxed after this. Loved it!

Your voice is calm and gentle, instructions are on target as well as the pace for me. I have upper and lower spinal stenosis and as a result, neuropathy in my lower legs and feet and was advised yoga was a great way to stay mobile. Working towards relieving daily stiffness and pain of lumbar spine. I can feel a difference in just three sessions! So grateful to you for this wonderful instruction especially during Covid ...Namaste

I couldn't do all poses as well.. but most were doable, even for extremely unflexible me. It feels good to find a yoga practice that isn't discouraging, because it's waay too hard for me, although it's labelled as 'for beginners'.. thank you. i will keep trying 🌻

Love this one. Just the thing to help me stretch out after several days of inactivity. Your videos have been, and are an integral part of my ongoing conversations with my body about hip arthritis. Even on days when it does not feel great to do, (as I am stiff & pained) I ALWAYS come away feeling more flexible, smoother and in better shape. Yet again, thank you for your time, effort and care.
Great video! I really like that the commentary instructions are voiced over the top rather than by the instructor while she's doing the movements, I found it really helps me to get in the zone and focus easier. Also a very soothing voice :)
I started a new workout program earlier this week and wanted to incorporate a day in the middle of the week of at least 15 minutes of yoga. This was perfect never having really done it before. Perfect enough to get in on my lunch break while we're all stuck at home. I feel so loose and relaxed that the end of my shift will be here in no time. Liked and subscribed Ms. Sara Beth.

I am not into exercising (shame on me!) but during lock down I have learnt to hula hoop (excellent fun and amazing results from doing 15 mins whilst watching TV every other day) - I thought I would try yoga for the day's I'm not hula hooping - tried a couple of sites and instantly felt this one was the best - SB's voice is really soothing without being overly sugary or patronising - she gives you enough time to get into the positions - as a beginner who is resistant to exercise I am really impressed and think I can stick with this and progress to the intermediate stage in month or so if I do it every other day- wish I have started sooner - could be doing some serious acrobatic moves by now ...heheheh

Hey Sarah, thank you for your yoga videos. I am new to yoga since the lockdown started and I am thoroughly enjoying doing a session most mornings. I would considered myself pretty fit for my 65 years as before the lockdown started, I was swimming 3/4 times a week and walking lots. Yoga is different though, I find it definitely calming and I am becoming more flexible as the days go on. Do you have any tips for me as a beginner?
