This is a short sequence to help you ease one of the most common and horrible symptoms of chemo: nausea. This gentle sequence will offer you the opportunity to tackle nausea with some yoga poses and steady breathing, including an acupressure technique.

I am very new to yoga in general, but my husband suggested i try it to exercise during the rough first week after chemo. Even though I couldn't do everything the breathing technique and the acupressure point helped immensely and i felt much more relaxed. Thank you for this!

Hi, what is the music that you were using? I’ve heard it before at one of my yoga classes but I would like to get it because it’s very relaxing to me and I don’t know who it is. Thanks.
