@@ursulahuff4290 red raspberry leaf, ginger, or peppermint all work well. Really it was the hot water that helps to get things moving in the digestive system.

omg finally one thats suitable for pregnancy. im doing this tomorrow. somehow im alot more constipated now that im pregnant. so feeling morning sickness plus constipation. 😭. i hate my life right now. am currently 8weeks pregnant and feel like poop.

You are my hero! This exercise works every single time for me. One day I was pregnant and desperately needing relief. Found your video on a Google search and I couldn’t believe how fast it worked. I’m almost in 3rd trimester now and I always come back to just this video. Thank you for such a quick and effective easy routine. I can’t wait to check out more of your videos!

I wanted to thank you 🙏 ❤ I am 12 weeks pregnant 🤰🏻 and unfortunately have typical constipation issues (before pregnancy it was never my problem). I am so thankful 🥹 I followed this video only for once now and it helped immediately 😮😊🎉

I did this video almost daily during my pregnancy, and it helped me so much to relief constipation. Thanks for sharing this video! I’m three weeks postpartum now. Is this video suitable for postpartum?

Love that you found this helpful during pregnancy! And yes absolutely you can do these moves postpartum too. You might also fund the other videos we have on constipation helpful now that you are postpartum 💗 Keep up the great work you got this!

great video and love the overhead stretches you did for this! super useful and would love to see some good stretches to do in the office after sitting all day :)

We always recommend checking in with your doctor for what is best for you. I have clients in the first trimester that I do these exercises with. 💕

I always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider. The exercises in this video are safe to do during pregnancy.
