Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR CRAVING CONTROL. Yoga can help you manage cravings by reducing stress, increasing mindfulness, & promoting a sense of balance & control over impulses. The poses & breath technique used in this video are great for mindfulness, balance, & building inner & outer strength. We end in Savasana with a quick Yoga Nidra. From the mudra and opening neck stretch, everything flowed in perfect transition to the ending affirmation and intentional breathwork throughout the body. Truly a spiritual practice. ✨Namaste ✨

Thank you for this yoga practice. I didn’t feel like doing it yesterday because I was going through it but I pushed past how I felt and cried so much during this much needed practice.
