According to Ayurveda, the root cause of all disorders lies in poor digestion. If you have stomach or intestine related issues, this practice should help you in stimulating and improving your overall digestive system. The focus of the practice is going to gently massing and stretching the abdominal organs . We will end the practice with Agnisar Kriya to stimulate the Digestive Fire.

Hi Bharti. I like how nice you focus exercises on internal organs, exercises that will help, I believe there will be serial asanas on other organs ... for example, lungs-bronchi, heart, spleen, liver, she created a very nice idea and I believe that everyone will find their own ... with kindness and respect to Gabika❤️🥰🙏🧘‍♀️

Hi, no. You should have at least 3-4 hours of gap after food to practice yoga in general.
